SHIPPING

For all orders we charge a flat rate of just $4.95*.

We ship worldwide!

United States: Processing an order takes 2-7 business days; once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Standard United States shipping is 10 - 20 business days, depending on the product.

United Kingdom: Processing an order takes 2-7 business days; once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Standard United Kingdom shipping is 10 - 30 business days, depending on the product.

Australia/New Zealand: Processing an order takes 2-7 business days; once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Standard Australia/New Zealand shipping is 10 - 15 business days, depending on the product.

For all other counties: processing an order takes 2-7 business days and shipping is 15 - 45 business days, depending on customs policies.

In case shipping charges apply they are indicated in the product page.

In addition, delivery time varies depending on country and courier service. For information regarding delivery time, please contact us.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 15 days after receiving the products and the customer is responsible for shipping return fees. If 15 days have gone by since your received your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund will be given in the following terms:

  • You did not receive your order
  • If the item is significantly different than described or shown in the site

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Note that colour does vary slightly from photos due to lighting and that does not warrant a refund. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) :

  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Your Collection Apparel error.
  2. Customer has entered the wrong shipping details when making the order and the order has already been shipped out.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at collectionapparel@outlook.com

Gift Cards

When you purchase a gift card from store, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that they can use at checkout to redeem its value.
